Description
This course teaches learners how to successfully start, manage, and grow a profitable salaula (second-hand clothing) business in Zambia. Through practical examples, real market strategies, pricing techniques, supplier selection, and customer acquisition skills, learners will gain the knowledge and confidence to enter the salaula industry whether they want a small side business or a full-scale clothing operation.
The lessons are simplified, practical, and based on real Zambian market conditions, including tuntemba operations, WhatsApp sales, Facebook Marketplace selling, and cross-border sourcing.
